I read A Window Opens when I was supposed to be assessing a book proposal, and let me tell you, it’s a wonderful distraction. It’s honest, engaging and more importantly very real–qualities not all books are blessed with, I’m sorry to say.
Elisabeth Egan, the author, is a books editor at Glamour magazine, so I think it’s safe to admit that any references to the publishing industry in this book are quite realistic. With my review of this book upcoming, here’s a quick outfit inspired by this lovely novel:
